The Shunk family has been an important part of the EUP history since the 1800's. Stanley Shunk is the owner of Superior Service, his father Spencer Stanley Shunk started Shunk Home Appliances in Sault Sainte Marie many years ago. The Shunk Homestead which was built in the 1800's still stands on Riverside Drive, and still remains in the Shunk family. The Shunk family has been a continuous part of the shaping of Sault Sainte Marie Michigan, and continues to contribute to our community in many ways. Family means everything to the Shunks, and we are committed to treating our customers as part of our extended family as well.
